Our personal attendant and homemaker services, involves activities where the client will need physical assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), meal preparation, and maintaining their residence. Whatever you and your loved ones need assist with, we are here to help.

All of our Direct Care Staff are carefully screened, trained, bonded, insured, and supervised.

We offer family access to our Caregiver Portal to allow loved ones, near and far, to keep track of the care our clients receive! It is an awesome tool for loved ones who live far away to stay in the loop of their loved one's care!

Some of our clients are Medicaid waiver beneficiaries and are receiving most of their care through a Medicaid-certified home care agency. For our Medicaid waiver clients, who are experiencing a gap in their coverage, we offer discounted service fees, that they can afford, to complete their daily care needs. We are unable to accept service payments through Medicaid, however, we are currently working on becoming an Indiana Medicaid-certified waiver provider. Companion Services include all the fun activities, such as, engaging the client in any number of activities, such as Conversation; Reading; Writing; Games; Crafts; Playing Cards; Walking; Assist with Entertaining; Medication & Appointment Reminders; Visiting Friends & Neighbours; Shopping, Events, Plays, and Religious Services. - This service is great for Dementia

Home Support Services, include but not limited to: Planning, Cooking, and Serving Meals; Baking for Holidays and Special Occasions; General Cleaning; Vacuuming; Dusting; Washing Floors; Washing Dishes; Laundry; Ironing; Changing Beds; Defrosting Refrigerators/Freezers; Cleaning Ovens/Stoves and China Cabinets; Caring for Houseplants; Taking Out Garbage; Oversee Home Deliveries and Home Maintenance; Yard Work and Snow Removal; Caring for Pets including Feeding, Exercising, and Cleaning.

Personal Care Services, include but not limited to: assisting with Activities of Daily Living tasks such as Grooming (Hair Care, Shaving, Cleaning Teeth/Dentures; Makeup; Dressing), Hygiene (Tub, Bed or Sponge Baths; Showers); Eating or Feeding, as well as Monitoring of Vital Signs such as Blood Pressures, Pulse and Respiration. Also includes General Household Cleaning.

Level 4 Personal Care Services include but not limited to all the services in Level 3 Personal Care Services plus Incontinence/Toileting Activities, Mobilization (Turning, Lifts and Transfers, Exercising, Walking). Also includes General Household Cleaning.

Non-medical Respite Care……………………….………...…...……………..................$22.50/hr

Non-medical Respite Care Services include companionship, meal preparation, assistance with bathing and grooming, and transferring. Also includes General Cleaning. This service is available for occasionally scheduled care to allow families time to take care of themselves, enjoy a lovely date night, trips to the grocery store or a well-deserved get-a-way/vacation. This is an occasional scheduled service.

Health & Social Advocate Service ...………………………….…….……………...…….$15.00/hr

Health & Social Advocate Services include, but not limited to regular home visits, bill pay, errands, shopping, household managements and escort to Appointments if added to any in-home care service plan. Extended Personal Care Services/Sleep-Over Attendant Care…….....$215.00/day or night

Extended Personal Care Services/Sleep-Over Attendant Care for 12 hours (for example: 8pm to 8am the next morning) provided that constant bedside supervision and advanced personal care is not required.

Extended Sleep-Over/24 hour Vacation Monitoring Attendant Care..………..…$385.00/day

Assisting 3 days, 24 hours per day; $300 each additional day

Additional information to consider:

• Minimum billing for services is 2 hours per visit unless other arrangements have been made.
• Holidays are billed at 1 ½ times the regular rate.
• Mileage, in conjunction with Health & Social Advocate transportation service, is billed at a rate of 45 cents per mile
