Structured Family Caregiving Program
This special Medicaid program provides financial and supportive services for family
and non-family caregivers.
Your Loved One Must:
- Be a Disable individual, at least 18 yrs.
- Be eligible for Medicaid Wavier benefits
- We can help with applying for Medicaid.
- Need help with daily living activities.
- Reside with you or you live with them.
Your Caregiver Must:
- Be at least 18 yrs.
- Can be the spouse, relative, or friend.
- eside with you or you live with them.
- Complete Direct Care Training.
